How do I become a licensed facilitator?
The only requirements to become a Get Hired NOW! licensee are to purchase the Licensee Kit and complete the training included in the price. We do recommend, though, that you have some training or experience in coaching.

What's included in the licensee kit?
The kit includes a fully-scripted facilitator handbook, an A/V CD with all of the worksheets and marketing graphics. You'll also receive a facilitator agreement for you to sign and return to us.

What is the Masterful Facilitator program?
The Masterful Facilitator program is for new and existing Get Hired Now! facilitators who want additional tools and strategies for filling and leading successful group programs. What does the licensee kit cost?
The cost for the complete kit is $495, which includes your first year renewal fee of $99, training to deliver the program and all the materials to deliver your own programs.

Yes, you pay only $395 for the facilitator's kit, license, and training to deliver the program. This is a $100 discount off the regular price. Is there a return policy if I am not satisfied with the Get Hired Now kit?
You have 30 days to review the program and return it to us in salable condition for a full refund.

What are the guidelines and recommendations for pricing the program to clients?
You are free to charge any fee for your programs and coaching that you like. There are licensees who market the seminar separately from the coaching program, and they charge whatever rates are prevailing for similar seminars in their market. Typically fees for the entire 28-day program range between $149 - $249 per person.

How is the licensee training delivered and what is included in the training program?
You'll participate in a two-hour "virtual teleclass" training program. You receive a conference telephone number to dial at our scheduled time for the class. The training session covers how to deliver the Get Hired Now program, strategies for getting clients, coaching clients in the program, and setting up your business for success.

What kind of support will I get after the licensee training?
As a licensee you'll get to participate in the quarterly business building and coaching teleforum. In addition, your business contact information will be listed in our licensee directory and if you have an upcoming program, we'll post the announcement in our monthly newsletter. Also, you will be a member of the exclusive Get Hired NOW! licensee discussion forum to get ideas, questions answered, and share experiences.

What discount on purchasing copies of the Get Hired NOW! book will I receive as a licensee?
You may purchase autographed copies directly from our office at a discount of 20% for 1-9 copies ($14.36 US each) or 25% for 10 or more copies ($13.46 US each).
